Mar 7, 2024 · Hello, I have been using the Microsoft Shopping app that usually opens in the sidebar and shows coupons, cashback info, etc. However, recently when I click on it, the sidebar opens, but it is blank. I can see some blank, white boxes where the info should appear, but there is nothing there. The other sidebar apps seem to work.

Feb 10, 2024 · OK so Microsoft Shopping is intentionally serving ads from SCAM companies. How does this represent the "trust and integrity" that Microsoft likes to harp on about? Seems an ignorant argument to say it isn't "recommending" it when it's intentionally serving ads, to get you to purchase from a vendor that is selling scam and counterfeit merchandise.

I understand you want to remove Shopping in Microsoft Edge browser. Open Edge then copy paste edge://settings/privacy in the browser's address bar. Scroll down then under Services section. Locate "Save time and money with Shopping in Microsoft Edge". Toggle it off to turn it off.

Feb 16, 2024 · The blue tag appeared near the address bar showing that Microsoft Edge Shopping was enabled. Opening the Shopping panel showed the product with the cashback deal and the correct store I was using (Target). I did not close Edge for the session and completed my purchase. However, the Shopping panel still showed the offer was still running.
