Dec 22, 2022 · To give an update here incase anyone needs it. Painted worlds mod combined with ds1 fog walls removal mod makes the game flow boarderline seamless. The mod also has a ds3 version that does the same. For ds2 there’s the ability to spin up a private server and also adding on a co op overhaul mod to get the job done.
Which starting class and gift should I choose as a new player?
Apr 13, 2022 · Sorcerer is a glass cannon, it could be fun to play and strategize when to use which spells, but there also could be some frustrating moments if a new player lacks survivability. To me, other classes are just a Warrior with diffent stats and weapons. If you don't choose the master key, the gift doesn't really matter, you can take anything.

If a game has a boring start it WILL affect the rest of the experience. This is done very interestingly in Dark Souls 1 in my opinion. In the start we don´t get much info about the world around us.

Its 100℅ worth it, remastered was my first souls game. The map is one of my favorites in almost any video game so beautifully interwoven and the story is hauntingly beautiful. It does have some downsides the combat is a bit slower than other souls games in combat and movement.
