Bollywood power couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have leased their opulent Worli apartment for a hefty Rs. 20 lakh per month. The five-year agreement with D'Decor executive Dipan Bhuptani includes structured rent increases and a generous rent-free period.

The property spans 5,395 sq ft of carpet area with three dedicated car parking spaces. The apartment, originally purchased in May 2024 for Rs. 58.6 crore was jointly acquired by Shahid and Mira Kapoor.

According to documents accessed by Business Today, the rental starts at Rs 20.5 lakh per month and gradually rises to Rs 23.98 lakh by the end of the five-year lease. The agreement also includes a 10-month rent-free period.

The apartment was originally purchased in May 2024 for Rs. 58.6 crore and was jointly acquired by Shahid and Mira Kapoor. The couple have now rented out the luxury property and will receive upwards of Rs 20 lakh on rent.
