Despite the end of hurricane season usually being quiet, there are now three areas being monitored by the National Hurricane Center.

According to the NHC, environmental conditions appear conducive for development, and a tropical depression will likely form late this week as the system moves westward into the western Caribbean Sea. As of Tuesday morning, the system has a 40% chance of development over the next two days and a 80% chance over the next seven days.
